Goal:
Meet Department of Defense and learn how to pursue funding
Results:
- Client had never worked with the Department of Defense and didn't know who to contact — G2G analyzed their work and created Strategic Roadmap of who they needed to meet within DoD then provided all the introductions and lined up the meetings, which led to further referrals and relationship development for the client
- Client didn't have a clear message for how their technology would help the war fighter — G2G worked with client to develop the message, white papers and PowerPoint presentation for the portfolio manager and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within DoD
- Client wanted to access funding — G2G worked with the portfolio manager to apply for CDMRP funding with feedback prior to submission from our initial meetings
- Client sought long term relationship as they develop products — DoD portfolio manager is in regular contact, advising on which Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs) to respond to and identifying military populations to study, and G2G is working with DoD to organize a DoD conference on their technology at Brooke Army Medical Center to create collaborative program
