Create policy to establish a national program

Client sought guidance on how to craft and implement policy — G2G drafted legislation based on current statutes, budget and the needs of federal department overseeing the program then identified Members of Congress to sponsor the legislation and worked collaboratively to refine it and get it introduced
With few Congressional relationships, client didn't know how to move legislation — G2G created the strategy for passage by targeting relationship development for the client with Representatives and Senators and the committees of jurisdiction, secured bipartisan champions for the legislation, organized hearings with witnesses from state chapters, and managed advocacy campaign to move the bill through hearings to committee markup and onto the floor for final passage

Client sought raised profile within Federal Departments, Congress and the media — G2G made key introductions, organized Capitol Hill briefings and events, pitched stories, wrote press releases, and ensured valuable relationships were built and media coverage was secured
