Government Affairs Assistant

Rodricka Youmans is an intern and a senior at Howard University where he is majoring in Psychology with a double minor in African American Studies and Legal Communications. He is an honors Research Assistant and Fall 2024 initiate of the Howard University Pre-Law Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, serving as the Parliamentarian for the 2024 –2025 executive board. He has served in the role of Team Leader for the Youth Justice Advocates, a mentorship program for youth involved in the criminal justice system and is a frequent volunteer with Howard University’s Alternative Spring Break. Previously Rodricka worked as a Campaign Manager for a candidate in the University's Undergraduate Student Association election. After graduating in Spring 2026, he plans to obtain a master's degree in criminal justice and attend law school.
