Government Affairs Assistant

Born and raised in Lancaster, Ohio, Dakota is a Government Affairs Assistant for G2G, working on federal policy issues. Dakota has interned for G2G over the past year, providing assistance with appropriations requests for clients. He graduated from Kent State University in 2020 with a B.A. in political science where he served as President of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and starts a master’s program in public administration at Ohio University in the summer of 2021. He previously worked as a campaign intern for State Rep. Randi Clites in Portage County. Dakota concentrates on communications and research to support G2G’s Congressional efforts. Dakota has a deep interest in public policy and government affairs, allowing him to assist in a number of capacities.
