Originally from New York City, Megan works in G2G’s Washington, D.C. office as a Government Affairs Assistant. She served as a Caucus Chair for her Howard University’s College Democrats, for which she has researched legislation regarding women’s rights and progressive policies. She has also worked with her university’s GOTV club to register upwards of 300 students to vote in the 2020 presidential election. Currently, Megan serves as a mentor for high school students through Mentoring America, a nonprofit dedicated to giving students equal opportunities at success, where she reviews college applications and researches scholarships for students entering their first year of college. Outside of work, Megan enjoys reading, spin classes, and international travel. Her experience in legislative research, register to vote campaigns, and proposal-writing makes Megan an asset to the G2G team.
